Maintenance of cleaning machine

In the promotion of environmental protection today, laser cleaning machine because of non-contact, no thermal effect, will not clean the surface of the object has the characteristics of mechanical force.  It is widely used in industry, so what are the precautions when using laser cleaning machine?  

1. Follow the switching sequence of the machine: turn on the water pump (water cooler) first, then turn on the power switch, then turn on the laser switch.  When shutdown, first turn off the laser switch, then turn off the power switch, and then turn off the water pump (water cooler).

3. It is required to clean regularly and quantitatively every day, remove debris on the table, limiter and guide rail, and spray lubricating oil on the guide rail;  

4. The mirror and focusing lens should be cleaned with special cleaning solution every 6-8 hours. When cleaning, swab or cotton swab should be dipped in the cleaning solution from the center of the focusing lens to the edge of the cleaning solution in the counterclockwise direction, and be careful to avoid scratching the lens;  

5. Suction fan and smoking pipe cleaning method: when there is a large smoke during processing, it is necessary to clean the fan, remove the fan cover, use thin wood to scrape the dust on the fan fan blade and air passage, and then blow the dust with a high-pressure gun. The cleaning method of smoking pipe is the same as the cleaning method of suction fan water.
