Working principle of fiber laser welding machine:

Steps to use fiber laser welding machine
1. Choose suitable materials: Fiber laser welding machines can weld materials such as metals, plastics, ceramics, etc. Before using a fiber laser welding machine, it is necessary to select suitable materials according to actual needs.

2. Preparation: Before using the fiber laser welding machine, a safety check is required to ensure that the welding machine has sufficient power and compressed air.

3. Startup sequence:

4. Parameter setting: Set the appropriate laser power and welding speed according to the thickness of the welding material and the welding requirements.

5. Welding: Fix the material on the workbench, adjust the position of the laser head, align the laser beam with the welding area, and start the welding program. During the welding process, it is necessary to keep the welding area dry and free of oil stains.

6.Inspection of welds: After welding is completed, the welding area needs to be inspected to ensure that the weld is firm, free of gaps, leaks, and bubbles.
